Shakila Kajaby

Shakila Kajaby is NAAPR’s Community Health Coordinator. Originally from Afghanistan, she has substantial experience as a trainer supporting families and leading culturally responsive health and environmental initiatives. In Afghanistan, Shakila provided targeted support to pregnant mothers, sharing important information on maternal health. Her close connection to the community gives her valuable insight that informs her work. She also brings over five years of experience in collecting and analyzing data, conducting outcome evaluations, and reporting. Shakila holds a Master of Arts in Gender and Women's Studies from Afghanistan.
